Barium XR following delayed gastric emptying diagnosis and persistent emaciation in a previously healthy 26 year old. What abnormalities do you see?

Looking for an experienced RAD to orient me to this image! No diagnoses requested! I have no normal study to refer/compare to, and want to be able to understand what I see! No rule-breaking please :)
