Hi guys, any positioning tips for the modified Stenver's view? I struggle with getting it right on the first shot because the pts who need this exam (all kids) often come shortly post op - their skull is all wrapped up and positioning is a little difficult to judge. We also almost always have to do it supine as the pts are rarely cooperative.
I'm a little unsure of image evaluation - haven't found literature that outlines the image eval criteria apart from visualising all the electrodes in the right position. Our rads don't give much critique for this view as long as they can see the electrodes.
