As the title suggests, I would like to detect muscle activation (muscle contraction) during resistance training.
I’ve explored electrical impedance tomography (EIT) as well as thermography, however EIT requires sensors to be placed on the body which can impede movement, and thermography for muscle activation detection is hardly robust. Are there any other methods that are accurate that also don’t require the user to wear sensors?
Im not sure this is the right place to ask this question, but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
