Hello radiology experts! I've been trying to do a bit of research but I can't seem to find the answer, so I was hoping may one of you could help. I'm curious as to whether mammography tell the difference between a simple cyst and a solid tumour?
To my knowledge, a simple cyst is demonstrated with greater efficacy with ultrasound, but I'm not too sure of the reasoning behind it.
