Considering a career in sonography but don’t do well with gore. Is that something I will have to deal with often?

Originally, I looked into Radiology Technician. Then it occurred to me that the only times I’ve had X-rays are when I’ve had broken bones. Then after doing more investigation, I saw the program at my community college has prep for Trauma 1. I’d love advice and opinions from people with experience.
