I’m a current student and my clinical director is telling me I’m shooting my l self in the foot with my absences.
Am I really shooting myself in the foot for future jobs/prospects by missing a couple days or leaving early for appointments or is my director just trying to scare me. I know the community is tight knit but come on. I literally graduate in less then a month and I already have all my comps and I’m scoring in the 70s for all my reviews. Does she seriously think my future career is in jeopardy? I only have to make up 4 hours. Wtf!
Edit: I’m sorry if I gave off the wrong impressions. Medical imaging is what I’ve been wanting to do for the last 5 years and I’m almost there. I truly feel like I enjoy what I do and that I do a good job at it but I’m nervous and bothered and just wanted to rant. I came here hoping that I was just over thinking about the whole situation but was bombarded with hate. To those who have been in my shoes and understand me, thank you.
