Hey guys, I started a career as a doctor two weeks ago at radiology department. I'm not enrolled in any residency program so far, I'll enroll later, that's how it works here (Europe). The problem is that I realised I probably made a mistake to want to work here, because it's a very specialized radiology department plus there are staff problems here right now (lot of residents and few attendings).
So I'm just reading few chest x-rays a day here with almost no feedback and I get nothing from it because attendings don't have much time to discuss these cases with me and it's mostly guessing for me. I'm thinking about leaving this place at the end of September and I'd probably find a more general radiology department.
Thanks for any advice!
