Gift ideas for a great mentor

Hello reddit, I need some help for a gift for my radiology mentor, such a smart person that has thought me a lot with such an amazing spirit and enthusiasm. Some background about him, he is a 65 retired military veteran, very fond of knowledge, has a great sense of humour and a unique way of teaching.

Any ideas are very much appreciated.
