Could someone please give some context/explain these findings? TIA

BC MAMMO SCREENING BILATERAL WITH TOMO EXAM: MAMMOGRAPHY SCREENING BILATERAL WITH TOMO CLINICAL HISTORY: 41-year-old female patient whose maternal aunt reportedly had ovarian cancer at an unknown age. First live birth at age 35. Baseline mammogram. CLINICAL BREAST EXAMINATION: The patient reports that her last clinical breast exam was within the past year. TECHNIQUE: Bilateral 2-D and 3-D (combo) digital mammographic/tomosynthesis views were obtained. The 3-D post-processed and synthesized reconstruction images were reviewed. Images were reviewed with CAD. COMPARISON: This constitutes the patient's baseline examination. No prior studies are available for comparison.. FINDINGS: BILATERAL DIGITAL MAMMOGRAM WITH TOMOSYNTHESIS (10/20/2022): Scattered fibroglandular tissue elements of unremarkable appearance in the right breast are seen. In the left lateral supra-areolar anterior breast, an ill-defined area of asymmetric soft tissue nodular density is seen. In the left medial central breast seen only on the craniocaudad view, another area of asymmetric and slightly nodular parenchymal tissue density is seen. The patient will therefore be recalled for left 90 ML view with tomosynthesis and for MLO and CC spot compression views with tomosynthesis for better localization and characterization. Targeted ultrasound of any persistent indeterminate lesion the seen would be advised IMPRESSION: The patient will be recalled for additional mammographic and sonographic evaluation of areas of asymmetric and nodular soft tissue in the left breast as discussed above.

Age: 41 years Sex:Female Discharge Date: BI-RADS Category: 0: Incomplete: Needs Additional Imaging Evaluation Breast Density: Scattered fibroglandular Recall: Immediate Recall Type: Left Mammogram and Ultrasound

Onetonline salary search change?

Did this change? I am having a hard time finding the same lists I saw 2 months ago. https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/29-2034.00#AdditionalInformation https://www.onetonline.org/link/localwages/29-2034.00?st=OR&p=hourly I used to be able to see wage by area and sort it by state and see the differences per state and per city in every state. I can't seem to find this same list anymore. I can see a bell curve but I can't sort by state or wage or anything. Thanks! submitted by /u/xxDamnationxx [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/Radiology/comments/h9oqup/onetonline_salary_search_change/

Radiology program

I’m from New York looking to attend a Rad tech program. I work for Northwell and recently came across a flyer for John Patrick University. it is an online AS program with clinicals in person (which my job will allow me to do) It seems as if this program is not accredited by JCERT but the school is accredited by ACCSC. I reached out to the director of the school and also the arrt and they say that there would be no issue taking boards. I haven’t really heard of anyone going through online program so I wanted to make sure everything checks out. Since this was being advertised at work I couldn’t see why they would put something that wouldn’t be accepted out.
